1. Who runs the website

The website www.bearingframe.it is run by Rocco Guarino, a natural person, inventor and applicant of international patent application WO 2026/190848 A1 “Bearing frame”.

2. Purpose of the website

The website discloses information on the Bearing-Frame system and the related patent application, to enable interested companies to carry out an initial assessment. The content is for information purposes only: it does not constitute an offer to the public or a binding contractual proposal. Any agreement on assignment, licensing or participation will arise solely from a written contract between the parties.

3. Status of the information

The technical descriptions published are plain-language summaries. The scope of protection is determined solely by the text of application WO 2026/190848, in particular its claims. Renders are design images and do not depict completed works. Timelines, market scenarios, certification times and other forecasts are estimates made in good faith and do not constitute a guarantee of results. The patent deadlines indicated should be confirmed with a patent attorney.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, images, renders, drawings, presentations, PDF documents and videos on this website are works protected by copyright and belong to Rocco Guarino, unless otherwise indicated. Viewing, downloading and printing them in order to assess the patent, and quoting short extracts with acknowledgement of the source, are permitted. Reproduction, modification or distribution for other purposes without written permission is not permitted.

The publication of this content does not grant any licence, express or implied, under the invention that is the subject of application WO 2026/190848 or under any other right. “Bearing-Frame” is the name under which the system is presented and refers to the title of the patent application; it is not a registered trade mark.

The website contains some links to third-party websites. The operator has no control over those websites and is not responsible for their content or for the processing of data that takes place on them.

6. Language

The website is published in Italian and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian text prevails.

Notice given pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to visitors of the website and to those who write to the contact address.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

Browsing data. The server hosting the website automatically records some technical data about visits: IP address, date and time, pages and files requested, browser type and operating system. They are needed for the operation and security of the website and are not used to identify visitors.

Data sent by e-mail. Anyone who writes to the contact address, including through the buttons on the Contact page, provides the data they choose to include: usually name, position, company, country, area of interest, contact details and the content of the message or participation proposal.

The website contains no data collection forms and requires no registration.

3. Why we process them and on what legal basis

• Answering requests for information, sending documentation, assessing participation proposals and managing the selection process and any negotiations: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Ensuring the operation and security of the website and protecting the controller's rights: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Complying with any legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing data by e-mail is optional, but without them it is not possible to reply. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.

4. Confidentiality of proposals

Participation proposals and information received from companies are treated as confidential: they are not disclosed to the other participants in the selection process or to third parties without the consent of the sender, except as indicated in section 5. No confidential information or figures are required at this stage.

5. Who may have access to the data

• Aruba S.p.A., provider of the hosting and e-mail services, acting on behalf of the controller as data processor, with servers located in the European Union.
• The controller's advisers – patent attorney, lawyer and accountant – to the extent necessary for their engagement and bound by professional secrecy or confidentiality.
• The competent authorities, only where required by law.

The data are not sold, transferred to third parties for commercial purposes or disseminated. The controller does not transfer data outside the European Union.

6. How long we keep them

• Browsing data: for the technical period set by the hosting provider, and in any case no longer than necessary for security purposes.
• E-mails and proposals: for the entire duration of the selection process and of any negotiations, and for 1 year after their conclusion; they are then deleted.
• If a contract is concluded, the necessary data are kept for the period required by law for contractual and tax records.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, whether technical or profiling, and does not use any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images and videos are hosted directly on www.bearingframe.it, without connections to external services such as Google Fonts or YouTube. For this reason no cookie consent banner is shown.
